Two weeks has passed!
When I announced here on the thought of resuming this challenge 30th December 2020. Purely with the intention of wanting to encourage people to start workout and start some new challenge for themselves in 2021. And then, coming to the second week, here comes the MCO 2.0. I’m glad that many people have started on this challenge in these few days.
Let the energy spread, let the fun spread. I don’t know what I can do during this period of time. But I am dedicated and committed to support each and everyone to complete this challenge.
Not to proof to others, but to show ourselves that, when we don’t limit ourselves, many things are possible. And there are many ways to meet the end goal. Regardless how you do it, how fast or how slow, we all get to the end eventually.
Today, after my burpees, I did some glutes 🍑 workout. Simple 4 sets of 4 exercises. With dumbbells weighing 20-25 pounds. Reps 10-15.
Tomorrow #oalworkout live Saturday, we will be doing our CORE day! Using weight: one dumbbell will do. For those don’t have dumbbell, create your own weight. Recommended 2-5kg.
